My name is Allie and I’m so glad you’re here! I’ve been passionate about plant-based living for over 25 years. While I’ve been a vegetarian most of my life, I transitioned to veganism as I learned more about the health, environmental, and ethical benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet.
Cooking has always been a creative outlet for me. But, like many of you, I juggle a busy schedule. As a mom, I know how challenging it is to find something simple and healthy to put on the table—especially on those nights when there’s no time for a grocery run and you have to make do with whatever’s in the pantry.
That’s why I created this blog: to share simple, healthy, and delicious vegan recipes that fit into real life.
