I’ve been a vegetarian most of my life. Over time, as I learned more about the health benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet, I became vegan and haven’t looked back.
I love to cook but it’s always been a challenge to find the time in my busy schedule. I started this blog to develop and share simple, healthy, and delicious plant-based recipes with anyone interested in adding more plants and whole foods to their diet.
My goal is to keep recipes easy and accessible, using ingredients found in most grocery stores. I try to be mindful of cholesterol, sodium, and added sugar in my recipes and will do my best to reduce or eliminate these where possible.
