Oil-Free Roasted Broccoli

- 1 pound broccoli florets fresh or frozen (thaw if frozen)
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium tamari
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the tamari, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few cracks of black pepper.
Spread the broccoli florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Pour any mixture left in the bowl over the top.
Roast for 23 to 25 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
