Oil-Free Roasted Broccoli

This healthy oil-free roasted broccoli with a hint of savory seasoning is the perfect side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound broccoli florets fresh or frozen (thaw if frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium tamari
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the tamari, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few cracks of black pepper.
  • Spread the broccoli florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Pour any mixture left in the bowl over the top.
  • Roast for 23 to 25 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.

Notes

  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for 3 to 4 days, or in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a month.
