Orange Vinaigrette

Liven up any salad with this delightful oil-free orange vinaigrette.

Equipment

  • small bowl or mason jar (with lid)
  • fork or spoon
  • liquid measuring cup
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup pulp-free orange juice (fresh-squeezed is preferable, but store-bought will work)
  • 2 teaspoons champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl or mason jar. 
  • Stir well to combine or, if using a mason jar, put on the lid and shake well. 
  • Enjoy immediately on any leafy greens.

Notes

  • Orange vinaigrette will keep well in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
