- Nutritional yeast
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
Add the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper to a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture becomes a coarse meal. For me, this typically takes 10 to 12 pulses on the Grind setting.
Use this vegan Parmesan to top off your favorite meals for added crunch and flavor. Try it on spinach, mushroom, and artichoke pasta, farro and kale salad with blistered tomatoes, and zucchini noodles with basil tahini sauce.
Storage
Quick vegan Parmesan may be stored in a jar in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. It is best used within a month.
